I’ve lived here 8 months now and absolutely love it. It’s everything you want in a condo that you would actually buy. The managers are extremely friendly and always happy to help. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly and it’s so nice to have such a great maintenance staff. I hope to be here for years.

We've lived here for a year and absolutely love it! Sure it's priced a little bit higher than other options in the area (florence/burlington) but it is totally worth it for what you get - comfortable stair-free living, attached 2 car garages, good & new construction, well maintained, great leasing staff and peace & quiet.
